Pets must be approved by management and will only be permitted in the apartment in accordance with the pet agreement in the lease and with a photograph attached. Pets must be no larger than 100 pounds fully grown. (This provision does not apply to guide animals used by disabled persons.) In addition, if a resident acquires a pet during the lease term, the resident must obtain prior approval from the manager, pay the increased deposit for pets, and pay the additional pet rent. Please keep in mind if you live in a community that allows pets, the pet owner(s), not Lincoln Property Company or the Owner is liable for the actions of the pet.

There is a $300 pet deposit and $300 pet fee per animal.
$10/month pet rent - per pet
